Therapy / Counseling for
Depression

Are you experiencing depression?
We all get sad from time to time, and suffering is a part of life. But when sadness is persistent and gets in the way of you living your daily life, it might be worthwhile to consider if you’re experiencing depression. Many who are going through depression say “I feel sad, but not about anything in particular.” Here are some common signs of depression:
-Sleeping too much or too little
-Changes in diet
-Difficulty in your relationships
-Low energy
-Trouble focusing
-Loss of interest in things that were once important to you
-A sense of hopelessness or feeling like things will never get better
Sometimes depression is just a result of being burned out and working too much, feeling as if it’s hard to keep up with all the demands of your life. Other times depression started as a result of a major life event like a loss or a big transition.
I bring years experience and training to help you tackle these issues. Through the use of a compassionate counseling approach that includes mindfulness and meditation, you and I will bring inner peace to calm the inner storm.
